▩ I retain copyright to all Adoptables/designs I create.▩ You shouldn't claim the design as your own creation. Buyers receives usage rights, not full ownership of the artwork itself.▩ Credits should be given to me when the artwork is used - Whether the artwork is used in prints, physical products/merch, online or digital platforms.

▩ Currency: USD [via paypal/ko-fi]▩ Payment must be made upfront. No files will be sent until I receive the full payment.▩ I accept payment plans and holds. Only up to [1] week max. If the buyer failed to meet the limit time, the adoptable will be set back on sale.

➤ Modify the design. You are allowed to assign it as many detail as you wish.
➤ Commission or create new artwork of the character.
➤ Resell the design if there is an significant added value. [Ex. Producing additional art or buying/commissioning art of said design.]
➤ Use the character in personal/commercial projects without additional fees. [Ex - Icon, profile pic, banner, online mascot/image, asset, etc.] Excluding unauthorized mass production and redistribution for use in merchandise/goods.

➤ Claim original creation of the design.
➤ Use the design in AI generation tools (Training datasets, image generators, or AI-assisted art).

─── hii ☆ i am very invested on creating ocs and produce content about them. Designing chars is what I like the most so expect to see lot of my children around here and possibly more designs in sale in the future.
I do like many ships and fandoms. Currently I am playing genshin and keep a high enthusiasm for sonic the hedgehog stuff in general. But I am generally open to like new things.
